Frank Hicks Sr.

Frank Herrell Hicks Sr, 71, passed away on September 13, 2022, at his residence in Delaware, OK. Frank was born on January 15, 1951, to Howard Herrell and Mata May (Beu) Hicks.

Frank lived in the Delaware area for most of his life and was a graduate from Delaware High School. In August of 1975, he married Connie Sue Lowe. Frank worked in the oil field for many different petroleum producers throughout his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Howard and Mata Hicks, his wife; Connie Hicks, his brother; Marshall Hicks, and his sister; Janice Kempton.

Frank is survived by his children; Frank Hicks Jr. of Oklahoma and Robbie Hicks of Delaware, Oklahoma, and two grandchildren, along with other family members and many friends.
