Deborah "Debbie" Tyler

February 28, 1956 — May 29, 2022

Vinita

Deborah “Debbie” Ann (Bellamy) Tyler, 66, of Vinita, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022, at The Journey Home in Bartlesville, OK. She was born on February 28, 1956, in Tulsa, OK, to Billy Joe and Annabelle (Woolman) Bellamy. She graduated from Nowata Public Schools in 1974. Debbie worked as a cook at various healthcare facilities.

Debbie enjoyed drawing, painting, and cooking. She loved spending as much time as possible with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Debbie took a special interest in music and loved it. She could play many instruments. Not everyone called her Debbie because she would “mother” anyone who needed her. To most, she was known as mom or nana. She was a very special person that people were drawn to. No one ever went hungry when they were at nana’s house. Debbie will be missed by all who knew her.

Debbie is preceded in death by her parents; Billy Joe and Annabelle Bellamy, her brother; Sam Bellamy, and her son; Michael Savala.

Survivors include her daughter; Susanne McIntosh and Chris Brookfield of Nowata, OK, her grandchildren; Jerald Martin of Vinita, OK, Terrell McIntosh of Nowata, OK, Romeo McIntosh of Nowata, OK, Courtney Savala of Ardmore, OK, Kyle Savala of Ardmore, OK, Anna Savala of Madill, OK, and Adrianna Martin of Vinita, OK,  her great-grandchildren; Halo Gutierroz of Ardmore, OK, Tye Gutierroz of Ardmore, OK, and Christian Gutierroz of Ardmore, OK, her sister; Peggy Bellamy Maddox of Eucha, OK, and a host of very special friends.
