BENJAMIN FUNERAL SERVICE 918-273-2700...………..Robert (Bob) Glenn Harvey, 77, of Nowata, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2019 in Nowata, Oklahoma. He was born September 25, 1941 in (Coody Bluff) Nowata, Oklahoma to Pete Harvey and Lucille (Woods) Harvey. He attended Nowata School District where he received his education before joining the Navy. Bob was a member of the fraternal order Aerie 610 and Eagles Lodge of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He enjoyed listening to music, dancing, fishing, hunting, mowing yards, working on his motorcycle and jeep. He had a great since of humor and sure could tell some funny stories and good jokes "sure could make a person laugh and put a smile on anyone's face". He was a finish carpenter and enjoyed working with wood. He was very talented and could fix anything you put in front of him. He loved playing with his grandchildren and cared for his family very much. Bob will be missed by all who knew him.
Bob is survived by his wife; Dawn (Triplett) Harvey of the home, four children; Shane Harvey and wife Laura of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Melissa Sadilek of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Anna Brunoli of Naples, Florida, Stacy Shriver and husband Billy of Monkey Island, Oklahoma; three step children; Lacey Briggs, Nick Shidler, K.P. Shidler; six step grandchildren; Alisa, Grayson, Chelcie, Patryck, Gaige, Zoe, Jozlyn, Sarah; seven grandchildren; Daisy Shriver, Lily Shriver, Cole Brunoli , Ashston Harvey, Tyler Harvey, Jacob Sadilek, Peyton Sadilek , two brothers; Larry Harvey and wife Deena of Forney, Texas, Mark Harvey and wife Bobbie McElhaney of Rockwall, Texas and many nieces and nephews that were near and dear to his heart.
He is preceded in death by his parents Pete Harvey and Lucille (Woods) Harvey, grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles.
