Ralph K. Kendall, 78, of Vinita, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006 at Craig General Hospital.    Born in Coolidge, KS on Nov. 27, 1927 to John Wilson and Nella Mae (Eakins) Kendall.    Ralph was retired from being a Journeyman Lineman and Member of IBEW Local 1002 in Tulsa.    Ralph moved back to the area in 1961 from Joliet, IL.  Vet of both the Army and Navy during Korea.  Ralph's joy in his retirement was working in his garden and he had great pleasure in spending time with his children, grandchildren and friends.    Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife-Bonnie and his second wife Billie. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10, 2006 at Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel with Charkey Christian officiating; Casket Bearers will be; Tommy Thompson, Raymond Kendall, Scott Koscheski, Rory Kendall, Ian Nair and Ethan Bellew.  Honorary Casket Bearers will be; Frank McCabe and Travis Thompson.  Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery of Vinita, OK.
