Rev. Joyce Ann Ramey, 68-year-old Wann resident, passed away February 24, 2026, at Ascension Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville surrounded by family. She was born on January 3, 1958, in Coffeyville, Kansas to Rev. Jimmie Dale and Julia Miah (Chrisman) Shamblin.
