Alyene Martin

WORLEY-LUGINBUEL FUNERAL HOME - JAY, OKLAHOMA - 918-253-3222. Edna “Alyene” Martin, 72, passed away on May 6, 2019 in Jay, Oklahoma.

Alyene was born on September 9, 1946 in Leach, Oklahoma.  She was the daughter of Nathaniel Richard Martin and Florence Arminda (Cowan) Martin.  Alyene attended the First Assembly of God Church in Jay.  She enjoyed reading and spending time with her church family.

Alyene was preceded in death by her parents, her son David H. Clinton (1990), three brothers; John Martin (2003), Jimmy Martin (2007) and Roy Martin (2005).  She is survived by her daughter Carrie Bledsoe of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, her sister Ruby Lagana of Palm Harbor, Florida, granddaughter Samantha Hinds and loving nephews and nieces.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, May 17, 2019 at Elm Cemetery in Leach, Oklahoma.  Arrangements are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, Oklahoma.
