Robert Preston Moss went to be with The Lord on January 12, 2022. Robert was born January 1, 1960, to Burt David Moss and Betty Marie (Carter) Moss. Robert attended Tulsa, Cleveland, and Wynona Public Schools. Robert had a great sense of humor. One example would be Robert (along with a little help) picked up one of the teachers sports cars, and turned it sideways in her parking spot. Robert married the love of his life, Cindy Rae Kirby, on November 12, 1997, in Nowata Oklahoma. They were married 24 years. Robert did some work in the oil field but spent most of his time being a well-respected mechanic. He made many works of art, crafting with wood and metal, such as miniature tool sets, homemade knives, windmills, crosses, etc. He loved fishing more than anything. He would catch and release, or keep and take to his sister Mary, to clean and cook for their mom. He liked camping and playing in the water at the creek with the little ones. Robert loved the Lord. He dedicated his life to Christ several years ago. Robert left his own legacy that will go on for years to come, in the lives of his family and friends.
Robert is survived by his wife Cindy, his son Tony, daughter Amy, stepson Jacob Frye, 3 grandchildren, Gabrielle, little Tony, and Rowdy, brother Lonnie Moss (and wife Sandra), brother in-law John Wiley, sister-in-law Ruby Moss, sister Kathy Barrett (husband Gerald), sister Mary Reed, and sister Donna MIller (and husband Lynn). Many, many nieces and nephews.
Robert was proceeded in death by his parents Bert and Betty Moss, sister Carolyn Wiley, brother David Moss, sister Martha Stacey, 2 brother in laws Larry Reed and RIck Stacey, and stepson Daniel Frye, and 2 sister in laws Tami Hindman, and Lorena Theys.
